Plan Your Visit

Accessibility

There is an accessible entrance at 65 Broadway with a ramp that leads to the lobby. From there visitors may take the elevator to the main 2nd floor or to the TP level. There are no stairs inside the studio’s facility. The studio’s facility is ADA-compliant with hallways and doorways wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. Some signage is also offered in Braille. Our theater spaces have flexible seating options and can easily accommodate a wheelchair. If a visitor requires wheelchair accommodation, please consider calling us in advance so we can make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Directions

The Stella Adler Center for the Arts is located at 65 Broadway, 2nd Floor, near Rector Street in the Financial District. This downtown location is easily reached by most subways, major railroad lines, and bus routes in the city. Though there are parking garages in the neighborhood, there is no on-campus parking.

Subway

Take the 4 or 5 express trains to the Wall Street Station. You can also take the 1 or the W, R to the Rector Street Station. Alternatively, take the J, Z at Broad St, the 2, 3 at Wall Street or the E at World Trade Center. The A, C trains are a 15 minute walk from Fulton Street Station. Railroad

Take the PATH train to World Trade Center and walk 10 minutes to 65 Broadway.

Take Amtrak, New Jersey Transit, or the Long Island Railroad to Pennsylvania Station at 34th Street and 7th Avenue. Then take the 1 Train down to Rector Street on the Subway.

Take Amtrak or Metro-North commuter railroad (Harlem, Hudson, New Haven, Port Jervis, and Pascack Valley Lines) to Grand Central Station at 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue. Then take the 4 or 5 Express Trains to Wall Street on the Subway.

Bus

  1. Take the M55 Bus to Broadway/Rector Steet.
  2. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is at 40th Street and 8th Avenue and then take the 1, R or W to Rector Street on the Subway.
  3. New Jersey buses go to the George Washington Bridge Terminal, and then take the subway or metropolitan bus line.
