The Stella Adler Studio of Acting will present the 6th annual Harold Clurman Festival of the Arts, to run September 19-26. The festival will bring artists and activists together to discuss the relationship between art and social activism. It kicks off on, September 19 at 7pm, with the symposium How to build a Non-Profit Theater, with panelists including Anne Bogart, Gordon Davidson, and Jim Houghton. Colin Greer will moderate. A new untitled physical theater work by Margie Gillis and Betsy Parrish will be presented September 20-22 at 7pm. On September 26 at 7:15pm, there will be a screening of the documentary film Acting Together on the World Stage followed by a symposia discussion with Zlata Filipovic and Todd London.
