Garrett Miller is a Mexican-American actor based in New York City. Inspired by his love for movies at a young age, he began creating “short films” with his parents and siblings. At 19 years of age he became a Firefighter-Paramedic in Southern California. By the age of 22 he decided to join the military and became an U.S. Army Ranger. During these years he created sketch comedy groups, short films and performed at open mics. At 28 years of age he began auditioning as an actor fulltime. Playing leads in multiple independent films he realized he needed some formal training. A year later he began studying at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
Aside from acting, Garrett has a deep love for spending time outdoors with activities such as backpacking, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, etc. He also enjoys reading, poetry, movies, theatre and anything with an honest creative spirit behind it.
