Ayla Combes (’17) Presents New Work at Barn Arts Collective

Ayla Combes (Class of 2017) presents her original work The Worker Must Have Bread, but She Must Have Roses Too (Writer/Director), featuring fellow Adler alumni Irina Bravo, Gilda Mercado, Yessi Hernández, Jatnna Marte, Marianly Tejadaand and Siw Laurent as part of the Barn Arts Collective in Maine on August 11th. An all-immigrant and all-female cast brings new life to the story of the young factory workers who were victims of the Triangle Shirtwaist Company fire in 1911.
