The Stella Adler Musical Theater Department combines core Adler training, fundamental musical theater skills taught by working professionals, and an immersion into the development of new musical theater pieces. All of the studio’s musical theater faculty are working on Broadway, off-Broadway, in television & film, bringing the latest trends and practices into the studio as well as creating tangible opportunities for our students to find work.
Summer Musical Theater Intensive

The Summer Musical Theater Intensive is a cutting edge, five-week course providing rigorous musical theater training and networking opportunities for advanced level actors anchored in the core belief of the Stella Adler Studio, that growth as an actor and growth as a human being are synonymous. Musical Theater Winter Immersion
Dates: January 8 – 19, 2024
Duration: 2 Weeks, 30 Hours per Week

Audition Required
The Musical Theater Winter Immersion is an effective two-week training program that prepares actors for professional auditions. After two week’s time, students develop potent audition material unique to their style and ability, while sharpening both their interpretive skills as well as their ability to absorb and perform material more efficiently and with distinction.
