Colin Hanlon is the head of TV/Film at IAMT in New York City and is an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s New Studio for Musical Theater. He coaches and teaches privately both TV/Film and Theater/Musical Theater auditioning. Colin just finished directing the critically acclaimed production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at George Street Playhouse. He is the co-producer & star of Submissions Only. Broadway: Falsettos, Rent, Wicked (First National Tour) and In Transit. Off-Broadway: NYC premier of Dot by Colman Domingo (Vineyard Theater, dir. Susan Stroman), A.R. Gurney’s last play Final Follies (Cherry Lane) and I Love You Because (original cast). Regional: George Street Playhouse, Sacramento Music Circus, New York Stage & Film (4 seasons) The O’Neill Theater Conference (4 seasons), Westport Playhouse, Denver Center, Dallas Theater Center and Next Fall (regional premier Repertory Theatre of St. Louis) and more.
